After the students are classified into four categories – beginners, advance beginners, intermediate and professional course depending on their skill sets, lessons are taught accordingly. These lessons are easy available and most classes have a learning term period (mostly a year’s time). But by the end, the learner will be ready to perform this dance style with ease. Within Swing dance, there are so many dance styles which make to choose which one is the best quite a task. Lindy Hop, Lindy Charleston, Shag and Balboa are the dance forms that existed from the start of this dance period. The other modern and improvised versions of swing dance styles are Jive, Rock and Roll, Hand Dancing, West Coast Swing, East Coast Swing and Boogie Woogie.

Swing dance also marked the beginning of the lift movements. The steps of a dance lesson vary on the dance style chosen. Swing dance is not only classy but sassy also. Learning any style of dance will surely be loved by the person who chooses it. As the saying goes “old is gold”, learning a good swing dance is surely going to surprise and cheer up many people.
